Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Keystone app — including via Apple TestFlight — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Beta software

Keystone may be provided as pre-release / beta software through TestFlight. Beta software may be incomplete, may change, and may contain errors. It is provided for evaluation and feedback and without warranties of any kind.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Keystone only for lawful purposes and only on jobsites and properties you are authorized to scan. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to capture a space and its contents.

4. Your content

You retain rights to the scans and photos you capture. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that content to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Captured data and as-built comparisons are aids for review and are not a substitute for professional judgment, surveying, or inspection. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify users. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
